Leadership Capacity
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of a leadership development program is to give individuals, teams, and groups a clear path for self-development, to improve team dynamics, goal-setting, progress management as well as discovering your inner leader. It does this by first recognizing individual skills and potential and then developing these through a series of tailored exercises and training modules, both tailored to individuals and as a group. The leadership skill development program is developed by Auroville Consulting by bringing in experts from Coverdale for Community India with 10+ years of experience in problem-solving, community building, communication and negotiation. These leadership skills will equip officials with the capability to lead in their respective roles with confidence.
OBJECTIVES:
Making the transition from self-leading to leading others, and then to leading other leaders, requires enhanced capabilities. The programme includes a general development module applicable to all innate talent. A targeted module for specific individuals may be developed upon request.

TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING:
Creating a world-class leadership development program starts with equipping leaders with the specific skills, self-knowledge, self-awareness, and tools for behavioural change that they will need to confidently lead others and boost the performance of their team or organization. This training program will equip participants with an understanding of leadership theory as well as hands-on
practice. The 3-hour modules will include the following components:
