In the present business context, there is an explicit desire to adhere to the professional ethics and value system by every stakeholder. The management professionals and entrepreneurs are expected to be socially responsible, focus on sustainability and work in alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The MBA programme at Cambridge Institute of Technology focuses not only in building professional skills, but also life skills, which make every student to be agile and succeed in their endeavours. There is a strong emphasis on ethics and value system in the learning process. Innovative pedagogical tools are used to actively engage students in learning process. The department has state-of-the-art classrooms, computer lab and reference library. The industry interaction is driven through continuous industry connect events such as Guest lectures, industrial visits, conferences and seminars. The students get hands-on experience through case studies, simulation, internships etc.
In addition, every student has a faculty mentor who supports guides and mentors during their stay at CITech.
